Grażyna

mgr inż. Grażyna Osęka

Advisor | Partner | Foodie Founder

Food technologist and lawyer. An advisor with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of food law. She advises company from the food and pharmaceutical industries, in particular in the field of product qualification, marketing, as well as labeling, presentation and advertising. She conducts advisory projects on issues related to borderline products and novel foods, as well as nutrition and
health claims. External expert of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products – a few years ago she was a member of the Advisory Team for Food Supplements. An expert of the Expert Council of the Polish Council for Supplements and Nutritional Foods (KRSiO). Speaker at numerous conferences and trainings.

She has experience in public administration – in the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate she dealt with food supplements and novel food ingredients.

A graduate of the Faculty of Food Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. In 2021, she defended her masters thesis on: Administrative and legal issues regarding food supplements; prepared at the Faculty of Law of the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw. 

PhD student at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

mgr inż. Iwona Kowalczyk-Andrzejewska

Advisor, dietitian, graduate of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumption Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, member of the Polish Society of Dietetics, speaker at many national conferences and trainer at closed and open training courses.


For over 20 years she has been specializing in the area of food law, especially in the field of food supplements, products for special nutritional purposes and functional food. She gained her professional experience working at the Food and Nutrition Institute, the National Contact Point and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate as the coordinator of the , novel food, dietary supplements and foodstuffs department. Expert at the Polish Council for Supplements and Nutritional Foods (KRSiO). She participated in the work on the development and amendment of legal acts related to
food safety.


At Foodie, she conducts consulting projects related to food safety – the assessment of ingredients and their doses, as well as the quality of raw materials and final products. She also provides opinions on the compliance of packaging and marketing materials with the regulations. She helps entrepreneurs from Poland and abroad to place their products on the market.

mgr inż. Marta Zawadka

Advisor | Coordinator of international projects

She is responsible for projects concerning the marketing of products abroad (EU and non-EU), from checking the local regulatory requirements through development or review of labeling and translation into official languages in compliance with local regulations. She also carries out national projects concerning labelling and food safety matters.

Previously, she worked at the Association of Sugar Producers in Poland, where, among others she dealt with the issues of food law and product quality, also in the cooperation with the European Sugar Producers Association.

A graduate of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies in Food Safety and Quality Management Systems at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and engineering studies in the field of Human Nutrition and Food Assessment at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

Katarzyna Jabłońska

Advisor

Food law and labeling specialist with many years of experience in the food
supplements and cosmetics industry. She managed the Implementation and
Development Department in a company that is one of the leaders in the sports
nutrition market.


At Foodie, she evaluates ingredients and their doses, with particular emphasis on the safety of botanical ingredients. She also supports clients in the interpretation of food law, prepares opinions and verifies labels, advertising materials and raw material specifications.

A graduate of Biology at the University of Gdańsk, she completed postgraduate
studies in ,,Cosmetic Chemistry” at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Warsaw University of Technology, and postgraduate studies in ,,Modern Marketing”; at WSB University in Gdańsk.

Damian Hryciuk

Designer of graphic materials and on-line solutions

He is an advertising organization technician specializing in typesetting for printing. He prepares promotional and advertising materials for printing and the web.

He designs the visual identity of companies, elements supporting visual identification and materials needed to promote a company or product (e.g. banners, leaflets, labels, packaging). He also designs and implements websites.
