We develop:

text of mandatory and voluntary labelling
reviews of draft texts or existing labels for compliance with legal requirements with
recommendations for necessary changes

Placing the product on the market

We draw up:

applications for entry into the register and approval of the plant by the Sanitary Inspection (PPIS)

We conduct:

notifications of food supplements and food for special medical purposes as well as fortified
products in the system of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate
cosmetics notifications in the CPNP database

development of texts compliant with relevant legal requirements
review of texts developed by advertising agencies
advice to graphic designers and advertising agencies

Graphics design

We offer graphic design services for:

Product or company logos
labels and artwork
other advertising and promotion materials (brochures, banners etc.)
and implementation of websites based on WordPress

Control

We draw up:

strategies for dealing with non-conforming products
draft correspondence with control authorities
appeals against decisions of authorities or complaints to the court

Safety

We carry out:

asssessment of risk factors
analysis of the legal consequences for the person responsible for the product
audits at the plant at the request of the producer and his client
development of instructions for action and corrective actions
